The arc of my work is about liberation of thought, truth, and self.
I was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, where music and movement were languages of freedom. Before business school and boardrooms, I was a professional modern dancer. That taught me how expression and empathy move together, a lesson that would later define my career.
As a global insights leader at Colgate, Netflix, and Twitter, I spent years helping organizations see the people behind the data. My job was to translate human truth into business clarity, reminding executives that culture, emotion, and humanity belong at the table.
When I was fired for standing for my team, it clarified everything. The cost of integrity was freedom. My soul took flight, and I began the next chapter of my work.
Today, as a Brooklyn-based executive coach and leadership speaker, I use my creative projects and the Birds Uncaged community to help leaders and brands remember who they are. I partner with people to help them realign with their truth and express it with coherence, conviction, and humanity.
Inspire the individual, ignite human-centric leadership.
Across all of these very different environments, one truth became clear: innovation is about people.
My passion as a coach and speaker is helping leaders and teams see the powerful connection between the cultures they build and the customers they serve, creating more resilient, creative, and innovative organizations.
